Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends; otherwise the plan you chose renews automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan — your data is not deleted.
Who processes my payment?
Paddle.com Market Ltd is our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, card details, tax and invoices; we never see your card number.
Why do prices differ in Türkiye?
We offer local pricing in Turkish lira for customers in Türkiye. The features are identical in every region.
Is Alphanta an investment service?
No. Alphanta is software for keeping records of assets you already own. It does not give advice, execute trades or hold funds. See our Terms of Service.
