This policy explains what Alphanta, operated by HAYLI, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, display name and a bcrypt hash of your password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
• Records you add: portfolios, holdings, quantities, purchase prices, income entries and targets you enter or upload.
• Broker import settings: if you connect Interactive Brokers, your Flex Query ID and token, used only to download your reports.
• Subscription data: plan, status and renewal date received from Paddle. We never receive your full card number.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Terms acceptance: the version of the Terms of Service you accepted, when you accepted it and your IP address at that moment, kept to prove that the agreement was formed.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, calculate the views you request, process your subscription, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language cookie to remember the language you chose. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Service providers

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — checkout, payments, tax and invoicing (Merchant of Record).
• Market data sources — we request prices by ticker symbol; no personal data is sent.
• Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google".
• Interactive Brokers — only if you connect a Flex Query.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual records in the app or ask us to delete your account and all associated data at [email protected]; we complete deletion requests within 30 days. We keep the Terms acceptance record after account deletion for the statutory limitation period, so that we can prove the agreement was formed. Paddle keeps transaction records as required by tax law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data and to object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.
