Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid Alphanta plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all payments, taxes and refunds.

Free trial

Pro includes a 14-day free trial where stated on the pricing page. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you will not be billed.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from the Plan page in the app or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment. Contact us at [email protected] or reach Paddle directly through the link in your receipt, and the refund will be processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
