Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026 · Version: 2026-10-20
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and HAYLI ("we", "us"), the operator of Alphanta (the "Service"), portfolio tracking software. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
You accept these Terms by ticking the consent box when you create an account, and by continuing to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
2. The Service
Alphanta lets you record assets you own — manually, by CSV upload, or by importing reports from Interactive Brokers through a read-only Flex Query — and view totals, allocation, income and value history calculated from that data. Market prices and exchange rates used to value your holdings come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
3. What the Service is not
- No investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. The Service provides information about your own records only.
- No trading signals. The Service does not provide buy/sell signals, ratings, rankings of securities or trading strategies.
- No order execution. The Service does not execute, route or transmit orders, and is not a broker-dealer, exchange or trading platform.
- No custody or money transfer. The Service does not hold, receive or transfer money, securities or crypto-assets on your behalf, and is not a bank or payment service.
- No investment opportunities. We do not offer, promote or arrange any investment product.
All information is provided for your personal record-keeping and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
4. Accounts
You must give accurate and current information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account; tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. An account belongs to one person.
5. Plans, trials and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payments, handles card data, calculates and remits sales tax or VAT, issues invoices and provides billing support for returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period. Where a free trial is offered on the pricing page, billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Prices are listed in US dollars, or in Turkish lira for customers in Türkiye; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the Plan page in the app or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain until the end of the current period.
6. Price changes
We may change our prices at any time. A price published on our pricing page applies to new purchases from the moment it is published; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase. For an existing subscription, a new price applies from your first renewal after we have given you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect; keeping your subscription after it takes effect means you accept it. Taxes, currency conversion and fees charged by your bank or card issuer are not part of our price and may change independently. Promotional or introductory prices apply only for the period stated.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: break the law or infringe the rights of others; interfere with the Service or probe, scan or bypass its security; reverse-engineer, copy or bulk-extract data from the Service with automated tools (scraping); access other users' data; distribute malware; or share an account or resell the Service in a way that circumvents plan limits.
9. Your data and content
You keep ownership of the data you enter or import. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to upload it. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display that data so we can provide the Service to you. We use your data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your holdings at any time.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text and the Alphanta brand, belongs to us or our licensors. As long as you comply with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. We may use suggestions and feedback you send us without any obligation to you.
11. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Interactive Brokers, Paddle, Google sign-in and market data providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; short interruptions may occur for maintenance and updates. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a material change to a paid feature we will tell you in advance.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, losses arising from financial decisions, or errors in third-party price data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, and reasonable costs arising from them, caused by your breach of these Terms or by content you upload to the Service.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (unpaid amounts, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect, and we will ask you to accept the new version in the app. If you do not accept it, you can close your account before it takes effect. The current version and date are shown at the top of this page.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, are not affected.
19. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy they refer to, are the entire agreement between us. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or transfer of the business. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Notices to you are sent to the email address on your account or shown in the app.
20. Language
These Terms are published in English and Turkish. Translations are provided for convenience; if the versions conflict, the English version prevails, subject to mandatory law for consumers in Türkiye.
21. Contact
Questions about these Terms: [email protected]. Billing questions can also be sent to Paddle, our Merchant of Record, using the contact details on your receipt.
